Don't sweat the small stuff

I have spent a lot of time on Facebook since I've been over here at Mother's. Too much.

Amber Esplin posted this as her status update today, Dec. 21, on Facebook:

Ugh, why do I let it bother me?! ("Why should I give way ... [that it] destroy my peace and afflict my soul?" [2 Nephi 4:27; it all applies.]}

I have no clue what is bothering her, but her status update spoke to my soul. Yes, why do I let "it" bother me? "It" changes daily. But until I read Amber's update I didn't realize I was letting "it" bother me. Yet, I worry about anything & everything. I can remember what I was worrying about a year ago, they are the same things I am worrying about this year - Mother's health, Christmas, finances, the house ...

The scripture reference she used is so appropriate.
