Sheila paid it forward

Don-Mike brought the mail in today & I had a big manila envelope from Sheila Coburn, a cousin. She had posted a blog entry on paying it forward on her blog. The first 3 comments on the entry get a handmade gift from the blogger. I was the first comment on her entry. I copied her entry & posted it on my own blog here as Pay It Forward. I haven't received any comments on my entry, so I guess I won't have to pay anything forward.

The contents of the big manila envelope felt like a book. So I hurriedly ripped it open & it was!!! A blank book!! It's a composition book that has a pretty heart design on the cover & a lovely brass heart on the front. How'd you know I love blank books, Sheila?

This note came with it:
Thanks for playing "pay it forward" on my blog. This will be kind of fun.

I hope you enjoy the little journal/notebook. I am a very avid fan of writitng in a journal. I am not sure that my posterity will ever really enjoy them but I do love to write and I also find it therapeutic!!!

Thanks for playing along.

Love Sheila
I love blank books, but I lose them regularly. I will try very hard to keep track of this one. Thank you very much.
