My act of service today was watching the book store while one of the clerks used the "facilities." She was the only clerk there & can't leave the store untended. Vicki & I expected to be through with the paper by noon or 2 p.m., at the latest, so Vicki didn't bring any lunch as she usually does. Nick gave us a ride to the Subway in his car & back. Vicki was going to walk over & I invited her to ride over with us.
