Still don't have the sale date postponed on the foreclosure. It is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 3, at 11 a.m. So, tonight I took the first step in filing for bankruptcy: online counseling. It is a holiday weekend & some federal courts are taking not just Friday off, but also Monday. The Salt Lake Federal Court is taking tomorrow, Thursday, afternoon off. Don has tomorrow & Friday off, so, if we do end up having to run to Pocatello to drop off our bankruptcy petition or whatever it's called, he can drive. If they are open, that is.
We don't have a lawyer, & are filing "pro se," whatever that is. We do have someone coaching us. Thanks to Sandee Matthews, who got us in touch with a lady in her ward, who got us in touch with a company in Salt Lake. We just have to wait & pray for the Lord's intervention.
I have a cold & tonight I felt so bad, my hair hurt. My throat is sore, I have an earache & a toothache. Other than that, I'm just fine.
