Back in 1997, I finished a medical assisting course at Bridgerland Applied Technology Center (BATC). Center now stands for college. Don got his teaching degree at Weber State University. It had just been upgraded to a university from a college. Interesting what is in a name, huh?
Anyway, Don & I were talking the other night how the medical assisting course has helped me over the years in dealing with our health issues, mine, Nick's & Mother's. I said I'd always been grateful to have that knowledge, even if I couldn't use it in an employment situation. He said that perhaps the reason I had needed to take the course was for our own personal use. Something to ponder.
I wish Don-Mike & Nick would take advantage of BATC. But ... if wishes were fishes, we'd all have a great fry.

I will have to remember your thought "if wishes were fishes we would all have a great fry" I had never heard that one before.
Good luck with your surgery tomorrow. Let us know how things go as soon as you can.
