Mick, Vicki's husband, will have to have a blood transfusion tomorrow, as well as his regular chemo treatment. Actor Patrick Swayze died today at the age of 57 from pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is what Mick is battling & what Grandma Porter died of.
I got Mufasa an appt to be groomed on Thursday, Sept. 24. The receptionist at the Animal Medical Clinic suggested Tuesday, Sept. 22, but I said no, I was having surgery on Monday, Sept. 21. They didn't have my name on file, but they did have Mufasa. I thought that was kind of funny. It sounded like the kennel has been upgraded from Kim's status on Facebook. I also gleaned that she is having all of her teeth removed tomorrow! Ack!!!
The kitten is finally settling down. They still can't let her out of the dog carrier though, she hides & then yowls. She won't eat wet cat food out of a tin, but loves dry cat food. Rhonda says she cries the whole time she's drinking. Jordan says if he wasn't watching her drink, he'd think she was drowning, LOL. She doesn't have a name yet.
