Today I am thankful for the internet. It is such a wonderful tool. I can keep up to date on my friends whom I would never have met without it. I can pay bills & monitor bank statements on it.
And, of course, the computer itself is such a wonderful tool. I might have a clean house if I didn't have the computer/internet to distract me. Then again, would I? I'd just pick up a book, LOL.
I spent the afternoon & evening reading an Anne Perry book, "No Graves As Yet." It was moving much too slow, so I had to read ahead. I was disgusted at myself because when I do that, I usually don't finish the book. But ... I was too far into it & the story had split in two. Now, I need to see what happened with Matthew. Urgh
