A day of Thanksgiving

I am grateful for a day to give thanks. I read this blog entry from 2 years ago:
"Most people do not realize the many health benefits of gratitude. Studies indicate that thankfulness is directly linked to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being."
From bratfactor dot com
Just now I was checking to see what label I had used Brat Factor as one word or as 2. I found another quote from bratfactor:
"What drains your spirit drains your body.
What fuels your spirit fuels your body."
I was looking for a Thanksgiving graphic & saw this piece of flair I had saved. I may screech this, but I usually jump & run when asked.

At 10 to 2 this afternoon I was sitting here at the computer minding my own business, still not dressed,  & Nick comes out with his phone & hands it to me with a grimace on his face. It was Shari asking me if I could please run to the grocery store right away, it closed at 2. Sure, says I, thinking if I get dressed, I won't have time to get there. If I do go, I'll be running. I jumped up, threw my snow boots on, put on a jacket & ran. Don told me no one would know I was in my night clothes if I didn't tell them. I didn't think of whether I had any money to buy it. Usually I don't have more than $2-3. But today, I just happened to have enough, whew! I checked out just as they were shutting off the lights.
